I absolutely adore this Orange County engagement session! We had a blast exploring a local park and taking time to enjoy the evening while capturing candid and emotive images. We played off of the neutral colors throughout the park when planning the couple’s outfit. I love how this decision allows the couples to be the focal point of each image.
What to expect during your Orange County couples session
My favorite part about hanging out with you during a session is allowing your true personalities and connection to come through in your gallery of images. When we are planning your session we will talk through location options, outfit ideas, and you will complete a questionnaire to help me handle all of the prep work and logistics. You simply have to show up and have fun!
The first few moments of your session will be spent getting comfortable in front of the lens. I may ask you to walk toward me and away from me while I adjust settings and pick the perfect backdrop for each pose.
Once you are warmed up we will begin to use prompts to create movement and emotion within each image. The images above might be two of my favorites. I mean COME ON-just look at how they look at each other.
We may even make time for a game of tag if you are felling full of energy!
I want each couple to feel relaxed and leave a session more in love than when they arrived. With less focus on perfect posing and more time spent connecting and making memories there is no need to sweat your upcoming engagement session!
