Palm Springs Elopement Vendor Spotlight
We have shared some of this elopement shoot at the windmills before, but today we are digging deeper into one of the vendors for this session. I cannot wait to share more about Megan Brown of Mrs Brown’s Floral & Event Specialist. Following this session, I was able to speak with Megan and get the inside scoop. Read on to hear more about her business and how her team can serve you!
We were blown away with the colors, textures, and design these floral arrangements added to this session. They paired perfectly with the classic car as well as the natural colors offered at the Palm Springs Windmills.

What services do you provide?

How did you get into the industry?
In high school I took a class for floristry and really had a passion for it. In 2006 I launched my company and have been specializing in weddings and special events since then ♥️

Booking process
Here is what you can expect from the booking process when working with Megan.
To initiate booking, clients reach out to our team on any platform- instagram, website, TikTok, Facebook, email or text. To get a proper quote and budget details, clients are able to send photos or share inspiration pics before receiving an estimate.
Details and package options are shared on a phone call or face time call.
Your quote is valid for three business days and there will be a complimentary hold on your date during this three day period. At the end of this process, you communicate if you would like to move forward with booking or if you have decided to go in another direction.
To complete the booking process, clients place 50% down with a signed contract. Your final balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event day.
What is an average investment or starting point for your services?
Elopement packages start at $1500 and full service goes up to 20k.
Pricing will vary based on location, design, materials needed to match the client’s vision, and services being provided.

I asked Megan to share a recent memory from an event, and this was her response:
“We had a couple that was related to a big flower grower. They wanted to provide all the florals to our studio and we would design for them. I normally would never, but I have worked with these growers so our team okayed the order. Long story short, the flowers NEVER came to our studio, we had to go our to the local wholesalers the day before the wedding and design everything in 1 day. Everything included 600 bud vases, arch pics, 10 bridal party members so it was a full team all nighter. The Bride was so happy with everything and we truly pulled a rabbit out of our hats.”
This story goes hand in hand with her advice for couples planning weddings or events
“Trust professionals-hire professionals”
I completely agree! I cannot imagine how that wedding mentioned above would have gone differently if it weren’t for the teams professionalism! With 17 years in the industry, Megan is truly equipped to put you at ease while planning your event and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
