Palm Springs Windmill Elopement

Palm Springs Elopement at the Windmills

This was such a fun and unique shoot! If you are looking for inspiration for a Southern California elopement, keep reading to learn more about this vibrant and fun elopement shoot at the windmills in Palm Springs, California.

If you are looking for a picturesque location to take elopement photos in Palm Springs, you have to consider the windmills. Not only is there room for a car as a prop (need we say more?), but there are also so many scenic elements to this spot. As you can see, we have views of the windmills, the mountains, and the sand and natural plant life.

I absolutely love how we were able to play with different lighting, angles, and landscapes to add variety to this gallery. Alyssa and Matthew were excited to embrace the vintage vibes of Palm Springs in their images and were such amazing models! We had a blast moving through a series of prompts to give a lot of movement and natural emotion in front of the camera.

How can I get elopement photos like this?

Getting started is easy! Reach out on my contact page to secure your date and begin the planning process.

If you are looking for a rental car to use, I highly suggest looking at the rental services provided by Coachella Valley Classic Cars. For this shoot we used the Cadillac El Dorado. The pink coloring was the perfect pop of color against the neutral backdrops. At the time of this blog, rental rates are $250 an hour or $1200 for the day (up to 8 hours). There may be an hourly minimum for certain locations.

Looking for florals to deck out your vintage ride? The florals pictured were provided by Mrs. Browns.
